Navigating Grief with Healthy Boundaries

This 4-week 90-minute therapist-led class provides support to participants who are navigating vulnerability and fatigue after loss. The class provides insight into how grief affects your boundaries, teaches you to protect your energy while grieving, and helps you create a personal boundary plan to integrate into daily life.

Surviving Guilt After Loss

This is a four-week program offering 90-minute sessions designed to help participants work through guilt, grief, shame, and blame following a loss. The class provides guidance on honouring your survival without shame and encourages the development of compassion and forgiveness. It is tailored for anyone dealing with guilt, self-blame, or recurring "what if" thoughts after experiencing loss. Throughout the course, we focus on understanding, cultivating self-compassion, and discovering paths toward inner peace.

Mindful Ways to Care for Your Grief

This six-week Holistic Grief Care Program is a nontraditional support group where not much talking will occur. This group is an experiential way to offer grief care by connecting our mind, body, and spirit through a variety of mindfulness, holistic, and meditative practices.

Start Date: Weekly on Saturdays (May 31, 2025 – July 5, 2025)

Class Summary: 1-Hour Introduction to "Navigating Grief with Healthy Boundaries"

Grief can feel overwhelming, confusing, and all-consuming—and in the midst of it, many of us lose sight of our own needs. This 1-hour live online class is a gentle and supportive introduction to the connection between grief and boundaries, designed to help you understand why boundaries are essential for healing.

Through reflective exercises, guided discussion, and practical tips, you’ll begin to:

  • Recognize how grief can make boundary-setting more difficult

  • Identify common boundary challenges faced during loss

  • Learn simple tools to protect your emotional energy

This 4-week live online course offers a compassionate and empowering space to explore how healthy boundaries can support your healing journey through grief.

Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, the loss of identity, health, a relationship, or navigating a major life transition, this course will help you:

  • Understand how grief impacts your ability to set boundaries

  • Recognize where your emotional and energetic boundaries may be vulnerable

  • Learn how to say “no” with kindness and clarity

  • Establish a boundary commitment framework

  • Develop a personal boundary plan
